Dumbbell Decline Triceps Extension
Preparation
Position yourself on a decline bench and hold the dumbbells above your shoulders with your arms fully extended.
Execution
Lower the dumbbells by bending your elbows until they are at the sides of your head, allowing the dumbbells to touch your shoulders. Then, extend your arms and repeat the movement.
