Dumbbell Concentration Curl
Preparation
Sit on a bench. Hold a dumbbell with your feet. Rest the back of your upper arm on your inner thigh. Lean into your leg to slightly lift your elbow.
Execution
Lift the dumbbell to the front of your shoulder, then lower it until your arm is fully extended. Repeat this movement. Proceed with the opposite arm.
